Pastorals.

Book of Christmas poems by Tytus Czyżewski, woodcut illustrated by Tadeusz Makowski. They are both very famous and appreciated Polish artists, although very different personalities. It was  a suprise to find them both in one book :).

If You don't know Makowski (1882 - 1932) - You should definitely check him out. He was a great Polish painter with his unique lyric style. Woodcuts are quite different than his usual manner.
